With every Feel Good Frames order, we are HAPPY :) to include a FREE personalized gift card from you.  Just let us know what you'd like the note to say in the personalization field.  Also, be sure and put the recipient's name & address in the 'ship to' field and we will ship directly to him/her.

If you'd like your gift to be wrapped, along with your FREE personalized gift card, we would love to do that, also!  There is an additional fee for this service.  If you'd like this, just check the box that says 'gift wrap' and let us know what you'd like the note to say.

How To Order:

The personal and credit card information you provide to us is secure. It will be used solely by us to process your orders. We will not distribute, display or sell any information you entrust to us. We will not allow any third party access to your personal information unless forced to do so by law.


Ship Time:

Please allow at least 10 days for your order to ship. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please email us at info@feelgoodframesstore.com and we will reply to your email within 24 hours.


Shipping Options:

We ship all orders via UPS Ground or USPS.  We will email you with shipping information when your order ships.

Shipping Costs:

$10.00 for 1-3 frames going to the same address.

$3.00 for each additional frame going to the same address.


Sales Tax:

We are required by law to charge 7% sales tax on all orders purchased by North Carolina residents.

Ask about our school fundraisers!!! We are pleased and honored to be able to work with different charities & schools across the country. If you'd like to raise money for your organization with our personalized frames & ornaments, please call us at 336-584-1259.


Our Commitment to Quality:

We stand 100% behind our work. Feel Good Frames are designed to make you, your friends & family feel good. We love making these frames, and we hope that shows in our exceptional style and quality.

We are able to accept returns on frames & ornaments only if there is an error on our part in the personalization. If so, please call us or email for return instructions. This must be handled within 1 week of delivery.

Please note that because each frame and ornament is personalized, it's very important that the personalization information we receive is correct. You may call with any personalization changes within 3 days of placing the order. After 3 days, we will not be able to accommodate any personalization changes.
