How To Order: Please order via our secure shopping cart or call 336-584-1259. We proudly accept MC & Visa. The personal and credit card information you provide to us is secure. It will be used solely by us to process your orders. We will not distribute, display or sell any information you entrust to us. We will not allow any third party access to your personal information unless forced to do so by law. Ship Time: All of our personalized frames and ornaments ship within 7-10 days after you place the order. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please email us at info@feelgoodframesstore.com and we will reply to your email within 24 hours. Shipping Options: We ship all orders via UPS Ground. Shipping Costs: $10.00 for 1-3 frames going to the same address. $3.00 for each additional frame going to the same address. Sales Tax: We are required by law to charge 7% sales tax on all orders purchased by North Carolina residents. Gift Wrap: With our new gift wrap service, now you can ship your frames & ornaments directly to your family & friends. We will wrap your gift in our signature white paper with fat green apple dots. Tucked inside, we'll include a personalized card from you. The additional fee for this is $10.00. Please be sure and include the recipient's address and phone number in the "ship to" portion of your order form. We are able to accept returns on frames & ornaments only if there is an error on our part in the personalization. If so, please call us or email for return instructions. This must be handled within 1 week of delivery. Please note that because each frame and ornament is personalized, it's very important that the personalization information we receive is correct. You may call with any personalization changes within 3 days of placing the order. After 3 days, we will not be able to accommodate any personalization changes.
