We will be happy to ship your gift directly to the recipient, wrapped in our signature Feel Good Frames box, with a personalized message from you There is an additional fee for this service. Please be sure and include the recipient's address in the "ship to" portion of your order form.

The personal and credit card information you provide to us is secure. It will be used solely by us to process your orders. We will not distribute, display or sell any information you entrust to us. We will not allow any third party access to your personal information unless forced to do so by law.
Ship Time:
All of our personalized frames and ornaments ship within 7-10 days after you place the order. During the holidays, we are very busy. Please allow an additional few days for ship time. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please email us at info@feelgoodframesstore.com and we will reply to your email within 24 hours.
Shipping Options:
We ship all orders via UPS Ground.
Shipping Costs:
$10.00 for 1-3 frames going to the same address.
$3.00 for each additional frame going to the same address.
Sales Tax:
We are required by law to charge 7% sales tax on all orders purchased by North Carolina residents.

We are able to accept returns on frames & ornaments only if there is an error on our part in the personalization. If so, please call us or email for return instructions. This must be handled within 1 week of delivery.
Please note that because each frame and ornament is personalized, it's very important that the personalization information we receive is correct. You may call with any personalization changes within 3 days of placing the order. After 3 days, we will not be able to accommodate any personalization changes.
